The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the item you want is out of stock, please reach out to support@allroyale.com with your query or you can subscribe to our newsletter and be informed when our item is in stock again.

I don't like the product I received/I received the wrong product?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 14 days, please reach out to support@allroyale.com with your query and we will act accordingly. In most cases, a full refund will be issued.

I ordered my product x days ago, why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

Due to extremely high order volumes, please allow 3-5 business days for us to update your order with the tracking number accordingly. If 5 days have passed, and you still haven't received your order tracking number then please make sure that you check the "spam" folder in your inbox or reach out to support@allroyale.com.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
